We definitely saw this coming. that the worlds best 2 rally cars will be hatchbacks eventually. but it came sooner than we expected with the 08 subaru impreza, and for that it beats its counterpart, the lancer evo X in many ways. but not to worry, The next lancer is going to be a hatchback too. or rather as sportsback as they call it. it simply makes sence, why should a performance car be a sedan, when the benifits of being a hatchback are so many. it weighs less, meaning heigher pickup and manouverability. being the hatchback freak. This is music to my ears.

• poorly planned out 1 way roads
• car prices with a 200% tax. for every car we buy, the government gets twice of what we paid.
• Ever increasing fuel prices. since 2 years ago fuel prices have trippled.
• No parking, other than public car parks(not safe) or commercial car parks(charged by the hour)
• Waiting for at least 20 mins coz the road is closed coz some political bloke needs to go somewhere.
• under-paid cops that are waitin for you to as much as sneeze on the road so they can fine you

Usualy I hardly read forwards, make that usually i Never read forwards. Its just something I find really annoy..well there are a few fwds that are actually useful..this particular one quite funny.

          This week I am spending my time with my grandson. We cannot attend that meeting.

          This week my boss has some work, we cancelled our trip.
Husband make call to secret lover:
          We cannot spend this week together, my wife has cancelled her trip.
Secret lover make call to small boy whom she is giving private tuition:
          This week we will have class as usual.
Small boy make call to his grandfather:
          Grandpa, my teacher said this week I have to attend class. Sorry I can't give you company.

          Don't worry this week we will attend that meeting, so make arrangement.

 Came across this article today. If you've gone shopping for a camara you've prolly heard the camara expert person of the shop telling you to go for the highest possible mega pixel cam. the higher the better right??? WRONG?? This is something like shopping for GPUs. Anyways check out the articles. its pretty interesting what reallly matters when selecting a camara.

Saw this only today. how come they didnt show it in the local news on TV???? this is like the biggest earth quake i've heard of by far. so many people.....what is the world coming to?????? May god be with those innocent people who are suffering from this tragedy........

Was checking out the pics of NAIAS and the Mitsubishi Concept RA caught my eyes and kept them there. its just dead amazing. when you take a closer look at it you realize Mitsubishi took the best characteristics of some of the best cars and have put all of them in this lancer.

The Lamborgini style scissor doors. following a transparent tinted roof like the Toyota Sera, the rear of the current Eclipse, the shape of the Audi TT or more likely the 1999 Eclipse which is a rare favourite. but still Mitsubishi is sticking to the new shark style front look of the Lancer.

This car has got everything when it comes to looks. in my opinion none of the new cars at NAIAS could come close. honda is making a comeback of the CRX with the CRZ but even compared to that the RA is far better.

Great to see that Mitsubishi are working their way to very glamourus looking yet fierce performance cars. :D

got my new gpu yesterday. a nice Ge force 8500GT. I immediately hooked it up in my box. it’s been a while since i played some good high end games. most of this year I’ve been using an onboard gpu or a cheap 1. 3d max wont even open with it. Last month i spent a whole lot prepping my box for the gpu I got yesterday. it was quite a costly shift moving from an agp motherboard to a pci-ex motherboard. u can’t simply change the board, the chip, ram, power had to be changed too. Anyway now i got a pretty high spec box which I wont have to do any major upgrade too soon. My next move will be to get 1gb more ram and load vista.

Played NFS pro street yesterday to check out how the new gpu performs. in case you’re not familiar it’s the NFS released in later October this year. for the last 10 years EA has been doing a great job with NFS. it’s like an early xmas pressie. But this time they REALLY screwed it up. EA decided to get out of the illegal street racing scene and move back to its roots. well not exactly. more a combination of both. there was the suped up cars. but on closed tracks. Looked like EA was trying to make all the fans happy. There was one group of fans saying they want street racing and another bunch saying they don’t. I played it a little and I hated the game so much i uninstalled it within a couple of hours. My gpu performed great. The only good thing about this NFS was the graphics were good. Well at a price. Only the high end gpus would get this benefit. Also the game ate up a whole lot of ram. EA put a whole lot of work into this year’s nfs. They redid even the whole driving experience. but even that didn’t come out right. most of the time I felt like I was driving a boat( cmon u guys, u guys at EA have driven a car right). They got the race day thingee right, where racers who used to street race meet up at race days to race in closed tracks (which is legal btw). but coz the lack of free roam and story line really made it suck. the UI looked cool but was confusing at times.

So this year is pretty disappointing for EA and NFS fans. EA needs to get their act together. of course they need to come up with something new. coz the same thing again would be a bore. my suggestion, have race days in the day, street racing in the night. Bring back open world with free roam; give it a more rpg feel, something like GTA. Also come up with a good story line, and introduce bikes!!!  That could be EAs trump card.

So After all the nagging from Fiqri and Chandana at the Deep Dive, I finally got my hands dirty with Blend. This isnt the 1st time tho, I tried Blend somewhere last year during one of the 1st CTPs, when it was called Sparkle. but somehow i easily gave up. But since then alot of things have changed in blend. After some video tutorials I'm getting the hang of this. You cant say its just like flash. its got a lil bit of flash, 3dmax and Visual Studio in it, In terms of the IDE and Functionality. So if you've used these 3 you'll grasp Blend fast. There was a time things were very confusing when using flash, but now it's like 2nd skin. So eventually blend will too. This is a really powerful and cool tool.
