09 July Work and sleep at the same time.in the normal life of an employed working person. you'd spend 8 hours at work. another 6-8 hours asleep. and all you got is like 10 hourse to actually live your life. any working person would tell you the hardest part managing time and they dont have enough time to actually spend with family and loved ones.
so here's a thought.
what if you could go to sleep and do all your work while u were asleep (in your dreams in a state of lucid dreaming) and wake up fully energized and spend the rest of your day enjoying your life.
you'd spend 8 hours on work AND rest at the same time. and when u wake up you'll have 16+ hours to actually enjoy yourlife. wouldn't that be the day.
so is stuff like this science fiction or actually possible. Its not here yet. but it will be sooner than we can imagine. technology is not only developing fast but we notice technology is getting small and will eventually become 'nothing' rather it will be all around us. the internet will be as abundent as air. we will need information as much as food or water. the way we interact with technology will become so natural. 26 April CS4 goes 3D and chaos weekendAll I can say is WOW! For a long time I have been waiting for these features to come in flash. Usually when you need to do something 3Dish on flash either you do it on a 3rd party tool like, 3dmax, maya, swift and import it in a image sequence. Even the very basic things. If that’s too hard for you, you have to be a master in perspective to get it right. This weekend has been chaos for allot of people when their computers went nuts. No 1 particular reason but it’s such a coincidence. People running around with their casing, laptops, hard disks, and one guy washing his VGA heat sink in the washroom. 19 January When good people do nothing...Its been almost a month since the siege of gaza began. over a thousand civilians have been massacared. Even the media or id workers arent spared at times. There are protests globally against this, but they fall upon deaf ears. The malaysian people have been brave, to start a boycott against all products that directly or indirectly help israel. and I admire them for that.
When good people do nothing evil prevails. so are we good people at all. To see this injustice and do nothing. It hurts to see my brothers and sisters suffer and get killed. what hurts even more is the realization that most people dont give damn. what if it were you? 27 December NaissanceSo another year draws to an end. i have so many things to tell, since I haven’t written anything here for quite a while Since I came here, I’ve realized there's so many opportunities. I wish I got here sooner. I feel the world is up for grabs. Coming here was an eye opener for what’s going on out in the world. I feel like the whole of East Asia is within arm’s reach (literarily too, Singapore is just a bus ride east, and Thailand is couple of bus rides north lol). Now I don’t want to go back. Well I do but not to stay. I want to go to every country in this region. The world is going ahead while my homeland is pretty much stagnant, our people fighting among each other; for power, fame, money and hate. If not for the war my country would be just as ahead in the world than many of these countries; but the truth is that the war isn’t meant to end. Fighting for peace is like fucking for virginity. Moving to another country certainly has its challenges. Leaving your family, friends and loved ones behind. It’s like starting over. new place, new friends, new everything. It wasn’t easy, but it certainly was an experience. I’ve made new friends with people from every corner of the world. All this has changed my worldview My profession, or rather my passion, my skills have gotten better. I’ve realized how lucky I am, to do something that I love to do which I’m good at and get paid for it. While most people go to work because they have to. They select professions because the pay is good in it. So what’s in store for next year. Learn new things!! Expand my knowledge and push my boundaries. Explore this country and maybe a couple of others, meet new people, make new friends. This is just the beginning of a whole chapter of my life. Happy New Year.... 16 August uni lifeuni life is wonderful, its feels great to be a student once again! most students would say it sucks, coz you got homework, assigments projects and presentations, until they go out into the working world. i'm not saying work life isnt fun. it is definitely fun, especially when there are no boundries. but after a while you begin to really miss that college/uni life.
A question everyone asks me, both malaysians and sri lankans "so what do you think of malaysia so far?" or "so whats malaysia like?" its been great and i like this place. 1st when i came here i was abit overwhelmed, after all this is only the 2nd time i've been to to another country. malaysia is great. its people, its many cultures. the spicy food (still not as spicy as sri lanka). i was expecting to feel homesick, but i didnt. not that i dont miss my family and friends back in sl. but this place really feels like home. maybe because everyone around here looks malay.
